In this episode, I talk with Nick Coetzee, founder of Mychondria, for the 2nd time. He recently was in a biking accident and faced a near-death scenario. It was very interesting to hear his optimistic view on life after surviving such an incident. We talk about how it sparked a new sense of urgency in his life because of how short life is. We also talk about the importance of being uncomfortable and the benefits of limiting habits such as social media and porn.

Special thanks to Nick Coetzee for joining this amazing episode. This is incredibly advantageous if you have your own podcast to promote, since the audience is already listening to podcasts, meaning they’re much more likely to subscribe to your own podcast.
